Comfort PartnersElizabethtown Gas along with the other utilities in the state of New Jersey offer to its income eligible customers FREE weatherization services. This is done through the direct installation of energy efficiency measures, personalized energy education and counseling.
Program participants receive:

- Attic/Wall insulation
- Weather stripping
- Caulking
- Water Heater insulation
- Energy saving showerheads
- Pipe & Duct insulation
- Energy saving light bulbs
- Energy saving refrigerator
- Personalized services include:
- Energy education
- Energy counseling
Eligibility Guidelines:
The program is available to any New Jersey household with income at or below 175% of the federal poverty guidelines.
