J.D. Power: Elizabethtown Gas Ranks Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Fourth Consecutive Year

UNION, N.J. – Oct. 30, 2018 – For the fourth consecutive year, Elizabethtown Gas ranks highest in customer satisfaction for midsize utilities that serve between 125,000 and 399,000 residential customers in the East, according to the J.D. Power 2018 Gas utility residential Customer Satisfaction study.

Elizabethtown Gas earned a 738-point customer service rating out of 1,000 point-scale, leading all midsize utilities in the East in the areas of price, communication and corporate citizenship. The business also experienced gains in safety and reliability. Results are based on responses from more than 64,000 national online surveys between September 2017 July 2018.
