Unexpected Heating Costs
We recognize some of our customers may be experiencing higher than expected costs on their bills. Some of the factors that may explain this are cooler temperatures compared to earlier in the winter. Also, more families are working and learning from home, causing them to consume more gas.
While our service representatives are happy to answer questions, we encourage customers to compare costs from current bills to their bills from the same months in previous years.
