Energy Solutions for Business and Multi-Family: Engineered Solutions

ETG’s Engineered Solutions Program provides tailored energy efficiency assistance to public service entities, such as municipalities, universities, schools, hospitals and health care facilities (“MUSH”), non-profit entities and multi-family facilities. This program provides guided consultative service to assist customers in identifying and executing large energy efficiency projects, with no up-front customer cost.

Customers receive an in-depth audit of their facilities as well as a detailed assessment report with recommended energy efficiency measures. Incentives are determined on a project-by-project basis and will buy down the project cost by up to six years (limited to a three-year payback). Customers also have the option to pay for the non-incentive project costs interest-free through an on-bill repayment option.

Eligibility

ETG customers must be on a non-residential rate code or a multi-family customer with three or more units.
