Elizabethtown Gas Ranks Highest in Customer Satisfaction in the East Midsize Segment for 8th Consecutive Year
UNION, NJ, December 8, 2022 – Elizabethtown Gas, a subsidiary of South Jersey Industries (NYSE:SJI), is committed to providing safe, reliable, affordable natural gas service while enhancing the satisfaction of its customers. With that, the utility is proud to be named Best in Customer Satisfaction with Residential Natural Gas Service in the East among Midsize Utilities by J.D. Power for the eighth consecutive year.
The J.D. Power 2022 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study measures critical components that drive overall satisfaction among residential gas utility customers across four U.S. geographic regions: East, Midwest, South and West. In addition to achieving the highest overall ranking among comparable gas utilities, Elizabethtown Gas also received the highest score in the following factors within the East Midsize Segment of the study: Safety & Reliability, Price, Corporate Citizenship, Communications and Customer Care.
