Elizabethtown Gas Named a 2022 Customer Champion by Escalent

UNION, NJ, January 10, 2023 – Elizabethtown Gas, a subsidiary of SJI (NYSE: SJI), is proud to be named a 2022 Customer Champion for the fourth consecutive year by Escalent, a top human behavior and analytics advisory firm with extensive energy and utility experience.

Escalent’s 2022 Utility Trusted Brand & Customer Engagement™: Residential study tracks the performance of gas, electric and combination utilities to identify brand and customer experience opportunities and trends in the industry. Out of the 141 utilities studied, Elizabethtown Gas was named a 2022 Customer Champion alongside 36 other companies. In April, Escalent also named Elizabethtown Gas to its list of utilities deemed “Easiest to do Business With” for the third consecutive year.
