Elizabethtown Gas Named “Easiest To Do Business With” for Fourth Consecutive Year
UNION, NJ, May 23, 2023 – Escalent, a top data analytics and advisory firm, has recognized Elizabethtown Gas with a “2023 Easiest To Do Business With” recognition for the fourth year in a row.
The recognition is based on Escalent’s Cogent Syndicated 2023 Utility Trusted Brand & Customer Engagement™: Residential study, which surveys 76,100 residential electric, natural gas and combination utility customers of the 141 largest U.S. utility companies. The “Easiest To Do Business With” distinction shows that Elizabethtown Gas made it easy for customers to understand their bills, get answers when they had questions and engaged customers with valuable and easy-to-use programs and services.
