J.D. Power: Elizabethtown Gas Ranks Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Fifth Consecutive Year

UNION, N.J. –Sept. 5, 2019 – For the fifth consecutive year, Elizabethtown Gas ranks highest in customer satisfaction for midsize utilities that serve between 125,000 and 399,000 residential customers in the East, according to the J.D. Power 2019 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study.

Elizabethtown Gas earned a 759-point customer service rating out of 1,000 point-scale, a 21-point improvement from the previous year, leading all midsize utilities in the East in five factors, including safety and reliability, price, corporate citizenship, communications and customer service. Results are based on responses from more than 57,000 national online surveys between September 2018 and July 2019.
