Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® offers flexible solutions to reduce energy costs while increasing the comfort, safety, and durability of your home.
Backed by a set of rigorous quality assurance requirements, the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® program offers a trusted approach to home upgrades. The program includes an in-home energy assessment by a BPI certified contractor, specially trained to identify energy saving opportunities. The contractor then provides a comprehensive report with recommended energy efficiency improvements and upgrades.
To make the upgrades more affordable, rebates and financing options are available, including:
- Rebates of up to $5,000 for air and duct sealing, insulation, heating and cooling systems and water heaters.
- Financing of up to $10,000 at 0% APR for 7 years, or up to $15,000 at 0% APR for 10 years with the On-Bill Repayment Program (OBRP).
